On Oahu it is $150. for up to 7 virtual tours on the Outer Islands
it is $350. for up to 7 virtual tours (travel expenses are included)
$25. for each additional virtual tour.

All listings stay online until they sell or until we are notified
that you would like your listing removed.
Q> What advantage
does a virtual tour listing have or just photos?

The advantages are so great that really there is no comparison, since
with our listings you also can have photos included. Virtual tours
give the impression of what it is really like to be at the location,
it is a moving picture.
Q> How long
does it take before the virtual tour listing is online?
A>
First we set up an appointment to shoot the photography of the property
and the finished virtual tours will be online within 24 hours normally,
however there is always the possiblilty of technical difficulties
beyond our control such as downed lines or broken equipment. However
99.9% are online within 24 hours of the completed photo session.
Q> How do you
charge?

All payments
must be made BEFORE we do the photography, we do NOT start on the
project until full payment is made! No exceptions! Sadly some people
do not respect other's time and do not follow through with appointments.

expand our advertising as the site grows.

We do have innovative ways of helping people who are in trouble with
their home payments. It is something that we can do, our attitude
